Our staff is trained to handle any situation with professionalism and we treat everyone with the same respect. We only provide staff that live up to Eclectic standards, as excellent quality is our number one goal.
Our staff will prepare and cook your product, deliver, set up, serve, break down and clean up for the following fees, which vary depending on skills required.
$50/hr Executive Chef - seasoned professional chef with credentials & experience in corporate setting. Experienced in high-volume cooking and preparing various cuisines, excellent understanding of cooking methods and food presentation
$40/hr Sous Chef – trained and skilled professional cook, experienced in high-volume cooking and preparing various cuisines, excellent understanding of cooking methods and food presentation
$35/hr Culinarian – efficient in food preparation, ability to operate standard kitchen equipment and follow cooking procedures
$30/hr Platers/Servers – arrives on site for event, serves and assists with food execution and clean up
$30/hr Brand Ambassador – distribute event materials, gather consumer feedback, communicate message key points, provide positive experience for potential customers
*Bar services found under catering.
Additional charges will be applied when our company must carry expenses such as food cost and travel for out of town events.
An 18% service fee for administration and coordination will also be added.
Note: 1 server for every 75 samples being served each hour
